In my previous post, I have documented that Eden Model is very flaky. I vow to never use them again last time. It's been a while and after seeing reviews about Sasha, I decided to try them one more time.

When making appointments on the phone, everything seems smooth. No extra questions asked. It got done fairly quick and a time was set. You would not suspect anything at this point. But with my last bad experience, I know this means nothing. I drove over with back up plan in place and with my mind set that if I don't go in within 10 min, I will bail immediately without wasting any of my time.

After I got to the apartment complex, alas, it happened again. They tell me to wait and I called them and tell them if I don't hear anything in 10 min, I will leave. They said they will go check with sasha and then went silent. I txt them and tell them my ultimatum again. They say they will check with Sasha again. At this point, I knew I had been flaked again, and so at 15 min over set time mark, I left.

Unfortunately, there is very little thing we mongers can do if providers / agencies are flaky. I really don't get it what would be their motives doing this. They gained nothing and it just pure bad business practice.

On a side note, BlueGems is no better than Eden. No one ever pick up the phone and answers in real time. It's always a grumpy voice asking you leave message. I usually never leave VM to avoid leaving any trace. This time, I decided to use Gvoice and went with their process. Only 2 hours later, I got a call with a caller I'd of unknown. But it's already way pass my schedule deadline, and I have made other appointments a long while back. I didn't even bother to pick up the call.

Lots of time, whether a monger can get good service from actual provider is already a wild roulette. If the agency or handler set another layer of barrier, it could totally ruin a monger's experience and I'd say this type of people should be totally avoided. Only PV place left is secret temptation, fortunately the guy at ST is always responsive and quite reliable.
