Yes, ECE booker is definitely difficult but I put up with it because I've met my number 1 and number 2 ATF at that agency. What I suggest is that you look at his posts on Twitter or Telegram that indicate who is available for that day and where. Then once you decide, send a text to book that girl at that location. No question, nothing else. Once you're booked and confirmed, go see the girl and you're done. Next time, he'll be a little easier on you since he knows you'll book.

I know the argument that you're spending $350 for an hour so you should expect better service but unfortunately you will not get it with ECE. However, there are some diamonds there that you won't get elsewhere so sometimes you got to put up with it.
