OK, in preparation for my weekly ride, I decided this time to try a pre-event stretching & relaxing massage, hoping to alleviate some major excruciating & crippling post work out cramping that usually happens after extremely long rides.

Nothing special at first and I could mutual touch better now. Then she got on the table and then the HE got worse. Hammer Time. After she finished she asked if I can do 130. I tell her not this time, but definitely next time. Then I look at the time after I leave and send her a text. "I don't know when I'll be back if it's always going to be 15 min short".
