I've been told before that the no name place on Ronson and 305 Rosencrantz as well as Flanders on Mesa Ridge Court were all the same owner.

But now two out of the three (that I know of) are closed.

Is it just because of the landlords deciding to re-purpose the property and not renew a lease?

Or was the owner told to close shop and get out of town? I don't think these were slow and unprofitable businesses they were as busy as any other place in the area if not more so.

Just a case of inquiring minds want to know.

Anybody have any insights please post or PM me.

You're not alone in the minority. It's just seldom do I hear of a therapist / provider (in LA / OC at least) that even bothers to mention that they've noticed the maintenance I've put into it, much less have there be a suggestion that is resulted in a better experience.

As for the showering, of course you want to be clean. Again, I was inquiring if Aleczis actively encourages / requests that you shower upon arrival. Merely having a shower available doesn't speak to her preference, and I'm happy to satisfy a therapist / providers preferences, especially if I'm going to receive better service as a result.

I was in SD last week. All three places I check out only had curtains and looked like they were legit. The reason I say that is that they had waiting rooms with both men and women in them. Waiting. I guess next time I will have to drive a few minutes out of town to check out some places. All three places also had 50+ years proforimg the massage.
