So I'm there like literally a minute and a half, just as I went to put my car in gear to leave, 5 sheriffs walk to my car. I delete my texting app immediately, idk why I did, but if they went through my phone they would've found nothing. Thankfully I'm an intelligent guy, somewhat, idiotic move not to leave immediately, I told them I was there to take my friend somewhere. So eventually they asked me to step out of the car, I gave them my I'd, ran my name, nothing came up, and they like "I think you bullshitting me, you here to buy some pussy aren't you?" I'm like can I have my license back so I can leave? Obviously my friend isn't coming down. They kept asking me to show them the text and I'm like no. Am I under arrest? A lot of things done right and good learning point
I got this crazy thing I do religiously, might help someone out. If I speak to a provider on the phone, after I get the information of the location, I Block and delete the text and phone number from my phone. I also clean out the web history. This prevents the crazy thought of a sassy lady cop standing in front of me saying last chance and hitting redial and my stupid ass Star Wars ringtone going off while I'm sitting there lying. I know it's not a cure all but provides one more layer of protection. And I hear you guys already, they need a search warrant to go through your phone Hahahaha but last time I told a cop pretty much me a ticket or shut the f&$k up, he did not have a happy face. Funny thing is, that it did not work out like on the TV cop shows or how I imagined it in my head.
