A pimp's going to be controlling how often / little a girl's seeing guys, and getting a cut on some level. They're not mere connections to the industry where they get the occasional free popcorn pass because they consulted them on getting into the movie theater industry and got some ideal customers to show up at their movie theater.

I fail to see the downside? Its not like he locked up 80% of the providers in this so even if you are not on his friends list his system has very little impact on you.
