But I don't regret a single thing I did. I was with a provider who had an addiction to opiates. I knew her for 8 years. She was my best friend and lover for 7. We lived together in my house on and off for about 2 years. I definitely knew she loved me, after about 6 years of being together and her being heavily into drugs, she sacrificed $100 of her own money to buy me a cologne and a hoodie from store during a summer. She said it was a birthday present for me even though my birthday is in December because she didn't know if she would have some money by then. All of you guys here know all their money goes directly to addiction even when they are starving. She wanted to show me that she sincerely loved me. However, she got worse with her addiction and started boozing on top of the opiates. I couldn't keep going with her. I smoke weed and drink. Nothing else. I made the hardest decision of my life and left her for 6 months. That's when I started this hobby on this forum. Banged all the classic hotties in Milwaukee, but missed my girl after every session. Her birthday came up, got in touch with her to meet for her day, we never missed our b days together for 8 years. I was not prepared for what I saw next. She was in a wheel chair with a diaper and bright yellow skin and peeling off dead dry skin from every where. I lost it there. Broke me like twig. I put my self together as best as I could took her to hospital and she started to look better, but was still bed ridden. On my weekends of for about a month I helped take care of her. Changed her diaper, fed her, change her. The person I knew was gone. But she was so happy to see me. I could see her face lit up again when I took care of her. This is hard to type with tears running down my face. LOL. Anywho, she wasn't able to stay at my place because she needed some one to take care of her 24/7. Wasn't long before she started getting yellow skin again and went to hospital by caretakers order I spoke to her from the hospital phone because her immediate family wanted complete privacy. Even from me, but kept me posted. I was ok with that, 2 weeks later I get a call from her step dad and mom she passed away. They unplugged her because she was brain dead. I last spoke to her when she was being put on a medically induced coma. She said she dreamed everyday she's been in the hospital of us 2 driving her from her place all the way to the city to do our regular weekend fun time together, we'd spend 2 or 3 days at a motel partying and trashing motels. Got kicked out of 3 or 4 different ones too! LOL. Good times. I still miss her every day to this day. I don't regret a single thing I did. I met the most important and beautiful person, inside and out, of my life. I love you and miss you so much princess, Rest In Peace.

Addiction end in one of three places Jails, Institutions or Death unless help is found. There is help out there. In MKE there is a lot around. If you or someone you know is addicted GET HELP lest you wind up like this poor unfortunate friend of Snow's here. If you need help and don't know where to go PM me. Spot on. Long time members know that I've gotten to tight with a provider on a couple of occasions. I've paid financially with fronted money and services never repaid. I'm a slow learner.

I've never been as in depth as some of the stories here, but if I'm going to be honest (and if I can't be honest here, where can I? It's the first time in a decade or more I've been grateful for my wife. If I were single one would have been living with me for sure, and probably a second one. It has nothing to do with being a cuckold but more of seeing something in someone and hoping you can help them (speaking only for myself here, of course). Unfortunately the addiction is soooo strong it rarely ever works. And the monger doesn't come up on the winning end.

Whatever the reason for their actions, I thank the guys that came forward with their experiences. Just as sharing reviews helps us all, so does sharing the other experiences we've had. It's a great reminder not to get to tight.

It had become clear that we all have different reasons for doing this. Sorry to here about your loss but sometimes things are out of your hands and control. You don't control life it controls you. Sounds like your girl was her own worst enemy. Just like drinking most people can handle it others become alcoholics same with opioid. I took Vicodin 5 mg for 2 years for my knees and didn't bother me at all to quit just extremely tired for a day or 2. It's not your fault you couldn't save her. Don't let that eat you up and destroy you! Some people go into re-Han 10-15 times.

Your words are damn true regarding providers.

But addicts are even more untrustworthy if possible.

And in the OP's story they were providers and addicts.

I am sorry he started using and lost years of his life. But you can't trust providers, can't trust junkies and NEVER can trust junky providers.
