I think the main issue is simply a lack of a consolidated advertising venue. Guys are having to search numerous websites to find all of the girls in their area, and girls don't know which sites are best to advertise on. To make it worse, most of the websites aren't doing a good job of weeding out the fakes, scammers, and webcam girls, so the real girls ads are being buried.

TER being effectively gone, and P411 on lock-down, compound the issue even more.

There are 2 chances here. First might be a scammer, 2nd might be ok an really wants hotel paid upfront in case you no show. Here's what I do when they want somethibg upfront. I offer to pay say 50 more at time of appt. That way they get something more. If they decline I generally feel they are scammimg. Rule #1 never pay anything upfront even as little as $10. Also you need to find a review somewhere. If she says she is new then getting an extra 50 is meaningful.
