Here is my thought, just ask or don't, if you look at her and say if she gets pissed and doesn't want to see me an I ok with that if yes then ask, but if she is really hot and you just want to fuck her to say you fucked her, then see what she says in person, if she says use a condom then do it, I mean you still get to fuck her right?

Not really a "classy" way Of telling someone you haven't met you want to blast a load in them. On the other hand, this is seeking arrangements and they should know what the deal is. The safety factor is tough to discuss ahead of time on its own. I usually start down a path of what they like sexually and them weave it in to the conversation. You can tell the slutty ones pretty quick but the best ones are the ones that you start covered and end up getting asked just to go without later on. But they also take the most work.
