I've heard that many think Saigon is closed down or our favorite providers are no longer there. Apparently, many customers have gone to Saigon and walked into the first floor but then left since no one was there to greet them. All customers should go to the second floor as service is no longer provided on the first floor.

Jazz very mechanical I did not repeat. Saw Natasha twice. Limited menu but cute, reasonable price and very nice bolt-ons.
