I've been going to AMP's on and off for a few years. I have my first massage scheduled with a private provider this week. What is the normal etiquette for tipping since there is no house fee. The provider keeps all of the donation anyway. Am I expected to tip on top of that? Any help or opinions are appreciated.

Just tried Well Spring (on Ecorse by Merriman today. 50 something Korean with big tits saw me. She left the room 1 time to answer the door so she was probably working alone.
