Most are active at all times, but just be on the lookout for law. I drive Sin City multiple times per day as part of my job and see Swans all the time. Sometimes none but that just means they are otherwise occupied and someone will likely be back soon.

She allowed some roaming she had a strong odor that made me glad I didn't do anything else. She provided digits and claims they work. May repeat the singing lessons.
