If you're chasing after younger people (under 25), this is expected. They dream of this really attractive guy that has lots of money, is romantic and buys them things. They believe the guys will do this just to be in their presence and will accept the occasional tight-lipped kiss in exchange. Then reality hits and it's some overweight, balding guy, that's old enough to be their father that "only" makes about $100-150 K / year that wants to fuck on the first date and then they flake out. I've also seen with younger people that once they realize that they are actually need to have sex to get what they want, they decide being a SB isn't for them. It's sort of like they realize that what they are doing is actually a form of prostitution. At that point they either move forward or back down, most back down.

I haven't been on SA for a couple of months but if I had to guess based on past experience, it's a seasonal thing. You probably ran into a bunch of SB's trying to figure out what to do with their summer and SA looks interesting, then graduation hits, moving, new summer plans, time to party etc. If you hear back, it will be in a month when thing settle down and they get back on SA.

I think she has GPS and finds chumps to pay her for her lackluster service. She has no motivation to reduce her rates. Yet. Once she ages a little and her body cannot keep up with her abusive lifestyle, she will go for 200/ hr to support her habits, but there is still time for that.
