Got to your browser history and clean out everything from day one. Then never use the browser for this except it incognito mode. No cookies or data is stored from the websites. This will most likely solve your problem. Load up TOR as it is a form of vpn and the browser is set for incognito. Use Firefox or google browser. Always close the browser down completely prior to logging in again. If you do not close down prior to logging in again cookies etc. Are in memory and available to that instance.

Use a VPN? If that doesn't work, use a different device and a different VPN. Try using a cheap old phone or burner phone on public wifi. I'm no expert in this stuff, but if it's a new used device and public wifi (or a VPN) they shouldn't be able to identify you.
