It's mostly crap. But then again, so are most of the sites we use anyway nowadays. You have to be rather adept at weeding out the bullshit though. Once you get the hang of it, the fakes are easy to spot.

Yes, there are plenty of reviews on them. You can use the search function too to find them throughout the boards here, on this thread and I think the Bareback Beauties thread too. Yes, they are safe.
