For whatever it's worth, she was out today around 12:45 near Angelos. Weird, I was passing through there and had a few extra minutes so I did two triangle loops for fun. First pass. Not a soul in sight. Second pass, literally 2 minutes later, there was Jessa walking with two others, looked like some thick Latinas, and some crazy looking SW on the other side of the street talking to a guy in a pickup truck. He moved on without scooping. Then around the corner was a taller brunette SW in workout pants. She looked interesting too, but I just didn't have the time.

Yea, that pix Jessa or something like that. I've seen her at Five-Uh-oh-A and talked to her the other day, but didn't have a chance to scoop as I'd already lined up alternate business affairs.
