It's hard to definitively say that Tobi Telford is being dishonest by using those old photos, because even when they were brand new, they are HEAVILY PHOTOSHOPED. She is open and upfront with the fact that she is quite heavily tattooed up, and that her photos have been digitally cleaned up to remove the ink to protect her privacy. Her face is also blurred out for privacy. Her face could have gotten all pockmarked in the 7 or so years she has been using the same photos and it will not matter one iota. Blur out her face in a current pic and you still have the same looking blur as the one from 7 years ago.

So what does that leave? You can only fault her if she gains / loses a lot of weight. Otherwise, there is nothing left that can be labeled as "misleading".
