She literally just responded as I'm writing this with, "I was in the shower". What in the actual fuck. She either fucking with me or I don't even know. She's missing some reading comprehension or any respect for others time.

Anyway, I'm sure a lot of you won't run in to this problem with her but holy shit was this experience the most frustrating thing I've encountered in over a decade of this hobby.

This was my second date with the famous Nikki with the first date being a car date. As usual easy communication she told to come by spot by 10 pm.

I take utmost care of being on time and being respectful so here I am at 945 pm waiting and waiting no sign of her. I thought she might be running a bit late which is normal so I texted her. She didn't reply. I waited for another 30 mins.

This is a variation on the old 'bait and switch' where, as with buying a car, they try to lure you in close, then change the terms of the agreement, figuring that since you've spent all the time and effort to get there, you'll be softened up enough to fall for a scam (like providing a gift card of, say, $20). Many times, someone who's just driven 30 minutes (or more) to get to a location will figure since they've made that kind of trek, they might as well go all the way. Sorry to say, it probably works in a lot of cases, too.

Pros have learned that you have to be willing to bail and cut your losses (time and gas money) when things start smelling fishy, no matter how far you've gone. And, as always, never, ever pay upfront, no matter what they say.
