As far as the ad goes, I personally am inclined to believe it is mostly just some unhappy customer trying to ruin her reputation. I have known her sister Kelly for a long time, and it has always been a pleasurable experience. A bit mechanical but always good for a quickie. Long time lurker, finally decided to set up a login to be able to contribute. Here are what my experiences are with some providers:
