100% agree, Venmo is too easy to give your real name to these girls. Blackmail central.

I have used paypal, which is a lot easier to keep anonymous and is easier with disputes. Problem is most of the young SBs act like paypal is as antiquated as a personal check.

It's possible to have a different name on your Venmo.

Not trying to side track too much from the forum's topic. The exact reason I used CC is that I could file a dispute. I don't think the recipient sees any of my financial information. Maybe just my name but I don't have an internet presence (no social media at all. If I Google myself, nothing comes up). So I'm not too worry about privacy if they know my name. But yes, bottom line, don't be dumb like me LOL.

Oadding to a much senior's advice. Offering money first is 'thinking with your dick". Girls who are serious will not do that.

Sending money first is bad bad news.

If you send money to a girl, whether they are scammer or not, you are giving them the choice of walking away with that free money.

Been messaging with her for a couple weeks. She always said, let's meet. I told her repeatedly that yes. I'm all for it. But everytime when I asked her about details of the arrangement, she stopped responding. A week or two later she would write again saying let's meet.
