There are lots of options outside the US where arrangements between consenting adults are tolerated. I have been living in Costa Rica for two years now. The flight from MCO is short (2. 5 to 3 hours) and relatively cheap ($350 on JetBlue or Sprint). Before moving here FT, I could fly down Friday morning and arrive in San Jose before noon. I think of lot of the poor commutation issues here are because most of the providers are on some kind of candy. Making the very unpredictable.
