I think of lot of the poor commutation issues here are because most of the providers are on some kind of candy. Making the very unpredictable. There are lots of options outside the US where arrangements between consenting adults are tolerated. I have been living in Costa Rica for two years now. The flight from MCO is short (2. 5 to 3 hours) and relatively cheap ($350 on JetBlue or Sprint). Before moving here FT, I could fly down Friday morning and arrive in San Jose before noon. By the way, if you've got the dough, Orlando has some of the most gorgeous providers in Florida (Besides Miami and Palm Beach). We are talking $1 k+ an hour if you can keep up. But if you want to save for that You're-up trip anyhow, I recommend you head to Prague (most beautiful for the price), Zurich (high price and high standards), And Amsterdam (Everything goes).
