Can't get into the place without being on-stage to heavy traffic. I've been there 3 times, best was when they first opened. But not HE. Most recent was DIY with no tease, one lady in the building, answering the phone and walkins, while in a very unsecure-feeling room right next to the front door. They're not doing it right, and I can't imagine them lasting for much longer.

Too bad they don't do it better. That place is very handy for me. It is a heavily traveled road for sure.

She's gone UTR these days. If you've seen her in the past, she'll be available now and then. Not advertising much, if at all. This has been corroborated by another FBSM lady who knows her very well. Better to look elsewhere, I suppose.

I have been 4 times now. I go late in the evening. 2 x were DIY, 2 x were really happy (all HE but well done).

I did last summer. She was in a safe location but sort of weird as it was located in a business building. She has her office. There was a shrink maybe a lawyer and a few other business that all share the same waiting rooom. She will text you her suite number. I saw Summer again today and had a great time as usual. Her price point starts at $120 and upgrades are available. However, I've seen her a number of times so it may be a case of YMMV to a certain extent.

By the way, she doesn't advertise much as apparently some of the sites require bitcoin which she isn't familiar with. If you know how it works maybe you could help her out and earn some brownie points. She will be available this weekend from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM and then all days next week except Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

So I have tried to be sympathetic to her issues but dang she is worse than my girlfriend, I txt a few times and its always the same thing. Txt me to book ok, I think we are booked and tells me txt me to confirm then oh no am not working today. I mean f that nothing is worth being played like that.
