They ask for 160 on top of the house fee, it's up to you how much extra you want to throw in. I think you can get away with what they ask, as long as you treat them well and satisfy them. There is a language barrier issue at times so beware of that.

But I won't be seeing her. Nor will I be paying deposits anymore.
