Perhaps the easiest route would be to read some reviews below and find a review that mentions the provider also gave a real good massage (even if the review is more about the extras). Odds are if the massage usually includes extras, nobody is going to be draping you. You could get the massage and opt out of extras and still provide a $40 tip etc.
