I too had some of my TER reviews stolen and posted on them. I complained to TER and them more than once about this. TER said their Legal Dept was looking into it (assuming they really had a Legal Dept) and them never responded. So I certainly concur with KOF's comments about them credibility. But I got burned another way. In one of the TER reviews, I reported about someone I had seen three times but had made six appointments and that I was unhappy about the three no shows. TER full reviews were not open to the general public but restricted to the private membership. But back in the TER days and before them charged to review posts, your somewhat "private" TER review became public when it appeared on them. Thus, the provider in question assumed I had publicly posted about her 50 percent dependability and to this day is not happy with me. We've lost two good forums in recent years, albeit for different reasons; TER and MrO's and we nearly lost this one.

Possibly a sleezeball monger, Paul--I can't rule that out with certainty. But I don't think it was a sleezeball monger that stole and re-posted my reviews. I DO think it was ONE individual, though: the owner or CEO or whomever has access to everything (at least one person does on EVERY site) and the one who thinks that he, she, or it, is in charge of that goddam crooked site. I cite the following as evidence: My reviews were re-posted under not one, but VARIOUS screen names. Some of those screen names were unrelated to the one they stole my reviews from. But other reviews were placed under my ACTUAL TER screen name, AS WELL AS various derivitivies there of. For example, if my screen name were JohnDoe (which its NOT!) then there are reviews on Monkey shit like JohnDoe78, JohnDoeMonger, etc. You get the point. This is something that ONE individual would do, clearly, but not a monger. An individual, rather, that is in the business of stealing, re-packaging, and setting up a crooked website with said stolen reviews, but with the inevitable failed attempts to cover-up things, mixed in with the outright stupid mistakes that these type of dumb criminals always make, ALWAYS for a CASH motive.

At least that's what makes the most sense to me. But I can't prove it. I just think its most likely. I CAN prove, though, that SOMEBODY stole those reviews. I just think that, the most likely culprit, with the above postulated motive, is non other than the very very crooked owner of that very very crooked website.
