What is the best hotel to use for an outcall. A nice place, cash payments, affordable, not a huge deal if light smoking inside, not going to ask for plastic to hold deposit.

Be wary of a hotel shady or desperate enough to not require plastic. Plastic isn't just to hold room. I'm the fine print you authorize the hotel to charge for missing items and damages. I suggest never leave a provider the room to work from after you've left. Set up a prepaid card. Some but not all will accept this. Good luck.
