I had almost the exact same thing happen two weeks ago. It's about 8 pm on a Wednesday. I'm a white guy driving a decent 2-year old SUV on the Ave with PA plates. Didn't pick anyone up, but had just pulled over to dodge a pothole and let a really aggressive driver pass. Suddenly had LEO behind me. Into heart of Center City. On South Broad, the new car pulled up on my left staring into my car. Kept eyes forward and took sip of the soda at the stop light. That car peeled off, but the original car followed me all the way down to Passyunk. Tailed me for about 40 minutes. Never seen anything even remotely like it on the Ave.

In my many years of mongering I have gotten chlamydia once and the clap twice.
