I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me two weeks in a row. I call the night before, they know me, I schedule with her and even tell them to be sure to tell her. I show up ten minutes before they open so I sit in my car and wait. Some dude pulls up, walks in and gets my spot. Pissed me off.
