Don't know if you noticed but there are some low lives out there running gift card scams. Some are easily spotted when they say "I need deposit of $$$ before the date, we can. " These you just ignore.

But there are some bold enough to fucking give you an address to drive to before reeling you in.

This happened some time last year to me. 30 minutes after hotel address provided when I'm 5 minutes away, they drop the line and say they need gift card to meet me. Bloody hell.

Got me to waste 30 minutes of my life driving, so I pretended to do what they asked for. I went into a 7-eleven, picked up a card without paying for it and took a picture as proof. Then they asked for the code and security code on the card (these you need to scratch for) AND they wanted the receipt number. These guys knew what they're doing.

So I just cut my losses and and drove home with a hot dog and fountain drink in hand.

Punch line was that whoever was texting got a hold of the girl in the ads to do what I require for verification. This was before I left my house. Elaborate scams.

Sounds to me like she wanted to get a room but couldn't get Id card / funds or changed her mind, then decided to do somewhere else. Much appreciated for the report, saves us all the trouble / possible time wasted.

So, this is a guess. You go buy a prepaid Visa card and give the girl the number, supposedly so she knows you are "real" and not trying to scam her. You go to the address she that gives you and find a vacant lot, by then, she has cashed in the number and you are left with a worthless card and a limp dick.

It should go without saying, paying for pussy in advance seldom works out well.
