I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me two weeks in a row. I call the night before, they know me, I schedule with her and even tell them to be sure to tell her. I show up ten minutes before they open so I sit in my car and wait. Some dude pulls up, walks in and gets my spot. Pissed me off. When I asked the manager about it she says never turns a customer away. I said you just did. I too said Fuck it and left.

What's the point of making an appointment if they don't honor it? They probably get stood up a lot.
