If you happen to be inside an AMP while it's being busted, and you're either getting a legit massage or you haven't even got to the flip, what's your situation going to be like? I. e. - if it's not a sting against Johns and you haven't already left any "DNA" around. Can they arrest you? I mean I guess they can always arrest you and you fight it. This is just something I've thought of. I was in the Kenwood area yesterday and was thinking about trying Relax. Glad I didn't.

Yes, discouraging members from posting. You say you KNOW there are LE as senior members then why don't they bust people? The FBI ran a sting on this forum two years ago and all they cared about were pedophiles, they didn't give a shit about mongers. If LE has senior accounts exactly what would they do with them?

This is how it works, it's ALWAYS how it works. When somebody files for a license to open a MP the clerks office tells the cops, the cops check it out, they look to see if any hookerish chicks go to work there, they look to see if any women customers go there. Then they get the trash and look for condoms and semen. If they find it they send undercovers in, then when there is an upcoming election or they get too many complaints from neighbors they bust it.

Before any one of you guys on this forum even knew the place exsisted the cops knew it was there and had more than a 50% idea if you guys were coming.

I don't know why you felt the need to do this but posts like yours, coming from a senior member breed an atmosphere of distrust in the forum where one doesn't need to be. We know one doesn't need to be because no post on this forum has ever, not one time, been introduced as evidence. They can't, they ae hearsay. The cops know they are hearsay, and that's why the don't waste their time here.

The report said they've been investigating for a few months. Its probably safe to say if you've went in they have your plate #. Guaranteed there was an unmarked car watching and recording everything and even getting a couple documented evidence guarantees on the taxpayer's dime.

And JUST like in Florida all of that shit will get kicked because you were there isn't proof that you committed a crime. You Jr G-men are irritating

Yikes! I was actually going to stop by today for a legit massage too. Glad I didn't! That sucks too because honestly there was no "suspicious behavior" and they did give a REALLY good legit massage. It's obviously from people parking next door at the business causing problems for there own business. It's been there for how many years with no problems? So who's the goof who's been parking next door? Ruined it for everyone sadly.

I agree the opioid crisis is over. Yes drugs can cause lost of problems, loss of family, job even life. BUT that pales in comparison to some guy getting a handy or more because he wants it. Lets close ALL AMP's long live the drug life. What a waste of time and money. But BLUE ASH does have money to burn.

An Attorney that wouldn't want a huge advance 1st. Then ask yourself if you are willing to lose your family, friends. Employment etc, once you file the lawsuit. Yes those things will happen.

I unfortunately had to weigh those options a few years ago for a very good reason. I found an attorney on the other side of Ohio that had won the type of lawsuit I wanted to file. He wanted $8 k up front and told me to be ready for the media and public scrutiny to start as soon as we filed. He also said that the $8 k would more then likely not be enough. He also wanted 30% of the settlement. I had a solid case that would have taken 2-10 years if it was dragged out. Plus going against a municipality with unlimited resources has its draw backs!

Sadly and without going into details. I'm aware of their tactics and pursuits of public humiliation. I've suffered humiliation from these assholes. The amount of people we have fighting for our rights inside the system, or that are actually interested in changing and removing small victimless misdemeanor crimes that law enforcement use as bullying tactics to acquire funding for employment we simply don't need them for. And for them to violate our constitutional rights as the justify their means of enforcement is absolutely revolting. But this is nothing new.

The only way to have a prayer of being able to fight the system and remove the shame we associate with hobbying. Is to remove the stigmas associated with it.
