What I meant by "Its all fake" is all her previous posts and pictures are not real. Those pictures have been used before and if you look at the post history, there's like 6-10 a day and each of them in a different city. Sxint might've seen an earlier one posted in Detroit and is genuinely asking a question. I mentioned the ad is from Arkansas based on what shows up in my tab when I clicked it. It seems to change though based on where the last ad is posted (See circled in Red).
