Just a heads up on Jacki She used to be on the cape and used to be pretty reliable. From reading the posts it would appear her BF is either out of jail or she has a new handler. I would recommend be very careful if you see her. When she was on the cape she was not very discreet and it appears she is now being even less discreet.
