So I made another attempt to see Renee on Thursday, she was not available.

We made arrangements for the following day for an early appointment. Time agreed to and 10 minute away notification agreed to. Right on time I call and few minutes later she responds by telling me she needs an hours notice, damn you had 16 hours.
