IMHO, comments do not put an escort's profile to the top of the site at escortbabylon.

The only thing that will do that is an approved review which may take as long as 3 days for escortbaby to actually post on the site. At the top. It may stay there for 2 and even 3 days giving the escort big ad time in the spotlight. Then escortbabylon may post as few as a couple new reviews or a whole bunch at a time to occupy the top squares which is in a 3 column format.
