I did not actually meet Kali, but she is a waste of time. Scheduled earlier in the day and confirmed in the evening. Drove to Indiana border and arrived at the given address, It's a residential street with no street lights. Texted and called with no reply. I waited about 30 minutes and even saw another possible monger arrive, park, and leave. I got a text from Kali about an hour later with multiple lies / excuses.
