I've been in Chicago a while and there don't seem to be that many that do outcall.

I second this. Mandy's service has been progressively crappier. The last few times I have been there, she was able to make me wait in the massage room for 10 minutes and still managed to short me on overall time. I stopped seeing her a few months ago.
