I think we should start a poll so we can figure out which places / therapists accept traditional tipping practices or demand their tip before the service. The good ones know that if they give good service and perform well, they will get a good tip. Can you imagine if your waitress demanded her tip ahead of time before knowing if her service would be any good? Or if a legit spa or MT wanted their tip ahead of time? I've heard horror stories of being in the middle of your massage and then the girl starts negotiating and sometimes even stopping and making the guy get up and get the tip out of his pockets before proceeding, talk about ruining the mood! Now I don't mind if as the fun is about to begin that they ask something like "You are going to tip right?" Just don't start throwing out numbers and try to negotiate in the middle of things! Now I'll go first and say that Natasha at Panacea has never discussed tips and she gets so much business and makes so much money that it's not funny! She knows how to do good business. Also, Summer and Aliese would never discuss tips, Riley never discusses tips. So please chime in as to who never discusses tipping and who does.

Pay at the end seems logical to me but I am beginning to see it another way. It seems that some guys are paying in advance, including the tip as a way of communicating expected services without speaking. If you go an hour and prepay $, bet you just get a HJ. Give $. 5 in advance and see what you get. Yes there is risk for you that a HJ may be the only thing delivered but is it possible that your will likely get more. I hope the Pre-pay guys weigh in to tell their side of the story.

Had an eventful time with Layla as usual. Easy setup, she told me she had an apprentice (Anastasia) who's new to the game. Asked if I'd be open to her observing and possibly participating. Show up and she's a super cute 21 yo Latina with a nice butt.

Massage time comes and they both come in and get comfortable according to Layla standards. Anastasia sits in the chair and gives a nice show while Layla does what Layla does best. Anastasia never participated but the view and the show were just fine with me.
