It pains me to have to write this post. I'm a long time member but this is my first time posting. However, Diamond just got me yesterday. I have seen her at least 10 times prior and even though she has had a lot of negative press lately, I felt she wouldn't do it to her regs. I was wrong. Got to her place and she is definitely heavily medicated. Took care of donation and within a couple minutes the knock on the door comes. I agree with you on all of the fake and spam ads. They have taken over. But you can still find some real ones without the local area code as plenty of well known providers from other cities come through. Just be careful and google the number and take note if you have seen her ads here before.

It's a huge mess these days but still doable. Just be diligent and careful.
