Especially if you have a penchant for a particular ethnicity. But be aware (particularly if you're a less experienced traveller) that if things go pear shaped, the outcomes can be a LOT less predictable than what you're used to here, in some VERY bad ways that make legal and DB troubles in the US look like a cakewalk. And if you expect the mongering to be completely trouble free and a panacea, you're likely to have your bubble burst.
