Has anyone been to Sakura recently? Does Lisa still work there? Is the place still under surveillance?

I went there this week. Lisa does still work there, she gave FS. I don't know about surveillance. When I entered there was nobody around, when I came out there was a car parked in the side with 2 people in it. Both people were not white (if that matters) and the car left a few minutes later. Not sure if that was LEO or not.
