Rates start on the higher side but negotiable from my experience.

Seems to be independent. Currently at a low tier motel in fairlawn area.

Yes, her phone issue is legit. I spent Saturday night and Sunday afternoon with her. Her phone doesn't work unless she's in an area that has wifi. It's a pretty crap phone much like what Kat has too.
