I'm commenting on the person that was short on time at serenity. Of course Haley would take care of any situation like that that would that would arise from a disappointing appointment there. She is by far the best manager owner that I have ever seen. Just look at all of the equipment and how clean the Linens and everything are the place is perfect. She has put a lot of money into all of the tables and everything to make her clients happy. So I say bring it to her attention if something happened and she will take care of it I am positive. I think she is the shit. Happy Hunting my friends.

I messaged her on here the first time it happened, never got a reply. Not going to bother messaging her on this second one. There will not be a third one.

This is a good way to lose multiple NEW customers, with a review like this. I personally have left early because I felt I was done, but not been shorted on time, or pushed out.

I really doubt she will contact me and make it right. If she does I will let you all know.

Must be you guys have filled her schedule. Used to be my UTR go to girl. She'd hit me up when rent was due. Now won't respond to messages. Finally get a scheduled time. In route get a call Oh I double booked honey. Move it out an hour or two. Some guy reminded he called me last week. Sorry. Now time to search out new UTR. As I recall never once hit an appointment on time. Service was good and always clean. Just a scheduling nightmare.

This is a good way to lose multiple NEW customers, with a review like this. I personally have left early because I felt I was done, but not been shorted on time, or pushed out.

What needs to be understood is that it's not merely cutting-corners, turning an hour session into a half hour into it. It's beyond that. Sure, you can get away with it, but that'd be like telling your manager at a restaurant that you can get away with shorting a customer in 5s and 10s when giving them their change! Until someone sees it on that level, when there's an obvious time discrepancy, they'll continue to do it and continue to be allowed to do it.

Add to that, a demand for a DIY HE? Yikes. And no, "moods" are the furthest cry from a reasonable excuse. Not even close.

While that advice is good and I never tip until after service that report says a lot about the place and the provider.

She was on my to do list. Not anymore! I will not feed cash to cheating providers.

Again never, ever, ever, EVER tip until the end and always let them know that you expect the full time that you are paying for! Have your phone out and let them see you setting the timer. The good ones will be thankful that you are mindful of the time as well.

I saw Kyra the other day, did a walk in for an hour long appointment. She is very attractive as all you guys say, but that is where the comparisons end. She wanted ME to do my own happy ending and she was done in 30 minutes. That's strike two on this place. I have seen Haley in the past and she was great. Have your Uber go straight east about a mile and a half on Michigan Ave to MBD. Lawanna, Emily or Di will give you a great experience. 90 minutes well spent.
