I was going to call BS when you said Ashley was the queen of flakes because they are pretty much all flakes, but after my experience yesterday, I am totally agreeing with you.

I set an appointment with her and drove 45 minutes to her west side apartment to see her. I got there and parked in the parking lot and told her I was there. No response at all. After 15 minutes I texted her again, and she replied that I should park by the double doors, so I moved to the double doors. After texting her several times for a half hour with no reply, she finally replied and apologized and said she was in the shower and she'd be ready in about 15 minutes. So I figured I wasted this much time, I might as well at least see her. After 20 minutes I asked if she was ready. No response. I waited and texted her for another half hour and left. After I drove about 5 miles she texts and says she was ready, so I went back and played the same game all over again. She never did respond after that. I wasted over two hours and a few miles and never got a sniff. So, yes Ashley is the queen of flakes. This wasn't the first time that she has stood me up, but it will be the last.

I've also experienced the flaking issue, even with "straight" women. Seems to me that the feeling of control they get from jerking a guy around far outweighs enjoying a date or making money. Combine that with the anxiety issues most women have and one gets a mental image of Lucy pulling the football away every time Charlie Brown tries to kick it.

All that BS makes it quite refreshing when when a woman is actually responsive and follows through to engage in a mutually beneficial transaction.

After all these years I attribute the flakiness to two things. One is alcohol and / or drugs, not necessarily abuse, but just getting ready for a client. And I don't blame the woman for using something to get ready for a session. I mean seriously, we comment about the "skanks" that post ads, but I know a few guys who hobby, and if I was a woman I'd want something to take the edge off. The other reason is the boyfriend or such. The girls sleeping in with the BF, gets a call and has to wait for the dipshit to leave.
