I don't understand how LE can pull someone over for no reason. I always thought you had to have committed some sort of traffic violation, lame as it might be (failure to signal lane change, come to complete stop behind white line, etc.). Then, I don't understand how they can question you about anything unrelated to the reason for the traffic stop ("What are you doing?

The whole thing stinks like hell and seems like it's ridiculously easy to perform a completely legal, gross abuse of power and harassment, but maybe that's just me.

They will always find probable cause. Roll through a stop sign, 46 in a 45, tail or tag light out, failure to signal. The possibilities are endless. They can talk to you about anything they like. Thanks for the tip. I've seen in the thread how Tara / Jenna charged a bit much compared to others, although I never had the experience. Didn't realize Nikki was part of that crew. I will have to check out Deva. Assume she isn't as pricey.

If the place you are asking about is on the west bound side of 436, just west of 17/92 it's really not worth the stop.
