The real issue is not knowing how serious these signs (official or unofficial) are being taken. Whether or not it's a deterrent or active scenario being monitored by authorities and residents. Being unsure of the statutes in place. Who knows how little they need to get you jammed up. And at the very least, cause some major headaches.
