What I've never understood are the Miranda Rights, specifically, the "anything you say can and will be used against you" part. What I don't get is how the rights are only read after an arrest when that sentence applies to absolutely anything said to a cop before an arrest. Put quite simply, talking to a cop, at all, for any reason, is fraught with peril. Just don't do it. Oh, you'll get some grief but, hopefully, it will be much less than the grief you would have gotten by talking.

I just got back from the best dream ever! I called WB to see if Gigi was working and if they could get me in on short notice. Gigi was there, but wasn't available to do the massage. She led me to the room where I got undressed. She then took me into the TS and started to wash my back.

Seriously though, watch the video, search the Internet, every criminal attorney's website says DON'T TALK TO THE POLICE! You cannot be charged with "chose to remain silent". Just say you will not make any statements without an attorney present. You don't have to fake a call, sms, or even know an attorney to do this!

Why the urgency? Why call your attorney right now? Why not just stay silent for a good long time? The police want to hurry things along and get to the next problem. Time is less important to you. Even if you have a wife at home it will be easier to explain your late arrival than to explain your court appearance when the police testify that you admitted you had a hand job from an Asian massage girl.

I also wonder what this is "call my lawyer?" How many of us even have a lawyer who would be appropriate for this stuff? I certainly don't. The only lawyer that I've used is the one who set up my will and that sort of thing.

The point is, that if you do not say anything (beyond your name and provide identification), there is no actionable evidence of a crime. Don't lie, just don't answer questions. Ask if you are free to go and that if the officer / detective needs to get questions answered, inform the officer/detective your attorney will set up a meeting.

However I don't think I'll be visiting a spa that's been busted atleast twice, closed down, and reopened suspiciously after all these busts where cameras were installed inside the parlor, but that's just me.

This 46 minutes video by an attorney and cop is a must watch for anyone who has any questions about what to do if a police officer attempts to ask you anything. The answer is "say nothing". Shut up and ask for a lawyer. You can only make things worse for yourself by talking. Never better. It's hard to do because you think it will make you look guilty but they already think you are guilty. That's why they are talking to you.

It has been a while since I have been in Orlando area but visited a place in Davenport owned by Li- I believe. I had a chance to check this place out. Saw how much traffic there was and opted for parking in the parking lot of the spa. In hindsite probably not the best move 🤦8205;9794;65039; I went with the hour massage and was greeted by Linda. Decided on the TS first and I'm glad that I did. Down visiting from the NE. Although this is my actual home area it is not for the hobby ever been explored.
