I'm having trouble finding out how to contact any client support for Listcrawler, so I'm hoping maybe someone here can help. I recently tried leaving a review for a provider. I got all the way through and when I clicked done I got the 502 Bad Gateway error. I retried multiple times last night and even today and got the same 502 error each time. I thought perhaps I needed to create an account first, so I did. When I got the confirmation email, the link inside it asked me to click to confirm, which I did. It then took me to a Whitelabel Error page. It continually does this. Same thing, last night and also today. So, I can't post a review and I can't sign up to be a member. On top of that, I scoured the site to find a way to contact them and nothing's working. I replied to the admin sending the confirmation email but got no reply. That was last night. I found a link next to their Terms & Conditions that says "Fan Mail. " I clicked that and it opened a small dialog box to enter text and an email address. I filled it out and clicked Send, and absolutely nothing happened. The dialog box didn't even close. It just sat there. Tried a few times and same thing. Is this impossible or what? Is there something wrong on their end right now or am I doing something incorrectly? Hope someone can help. Thank you.
