If you want discrete, Osaka fka Pine Tree is the best. Parking is on the second level out of site from regular traffic on the street.

Pending on how paranoid you are, just find parking from a safe distance and walk. A safe place is really your judgement. If you parking in someone else's lot, use your discretion and do whatever you got to do to no get towed. Not trying sound like a dick, but reality is you are responsible for your worries. If it means parking and walking a couple blocks then so be it. Whatever makes you feel safe just don't be lazy.
